We are a small senior team focused on link building, digital PR and mention work for brands and agencies. We hire slowly and prioritise editorial judgment over volume metrics.

If you have run outreach programs—not just logged activities in a tool—and you can explain why a publisher is worth pursuing in two sentences, we would like to hear from you. We work remote-first with overlap across US and European business hours. Contractors and full-time roles open as capacity grows.

We do not sell link packages or use PBNs. Team members need comfort saying no to bad targets, writing pitches journalists might actually open, and documenting work so clients trust the process. Agency white label experience is a plus; regulated industry experience (fintech, healthcare, legal) is valued when pitches need extra care.
