The publisher and placement network behind our work is built from years of manual outreach—not a purchased list of domains. The rows below are recent anonymized wins across editorial articles, digital PR hits, listicles, review platforms, data studies, mention reclaims, and community guides. Names are stripped so client confidentiality stays intact while you can still judge surface mix and quality bands.
Domain Rating is one input, not the score. A DR 58 community guide with real traffic and topical fit can beat a DR 85 general news page with unrelated outbound links. We show DR bands in filters because procurement teams ask for them; our vetting doc goes deeper on indexation, anchor context, and whether the page actually ranks.
Markets reflect where the publisher’s audience lives, not where the company is headquartered. Global rows often mean English-language coverage with multi-region readership. Use filters to see how recent work distributes across US, UK, EU, and other regions when you evaluate fit for your own program.
How placements enter the pipeline
Every row started in the same five-step process we describe on our outreach and placement process page: audit, approved targets, manual outreach, verification, and reporting. Nothing in this table bypassed target approval or landed with anchor text outside the brief.
Surface type tells you the conversation we had. Editorial and guest columns mean a writer chose to include your brand in prose. Digital PR and expert quote rows come from journalist relationships. Listicle and comparison pages are update pitches, not paid insertions. Mention reclaim rows are pages that already named you—we added the link.
Categories are simplified for display. A fintech data study might also serve B2B SaaS readers; the category tag reflects the primary angle we pitched. When you brief us, we map your vertical to publisher lists with finer granularity than this public view allows.
Using the filters
Filter by surface type when you care about a specific lane—only listicles, only digital PR, only reclaims. Category filters help ecommerce brands see retail-adjacent wins and help SaaS teams see software roundups. DR bands group rows into 0–40, 41–60, 61–80, and 81+ so you can sanity-check whether our output matches your floor.
If JavaScript is disabled or fails to load, the full table remains readable. Filters are a convenience layer, not a gate on the data. Count text updates live when filters change so you know how many rows match your selection.

Vetting criteria
Every URL passes this checklist before it counts as delivered or appears in client reporting.
- Topical fit to the target page and the publisher’s real audience
- Indexable URL with organic traffic, not an orphaned subdomain
- Clear editorial ownership and natural outbound patterns
- Anchor text that reads naturally in context
- No private blog networks, link farms or expired-domain schemes
- Documented replacement path if a placement drops without cause
What we refuse
Shortcuts that look fine in a spreadsheet but collapse under manual review never ship.
- Sites that exist primarily to sell links with no real readership
- Automated guest post networks and syndication farms
- Pages with misleading labels (sponsored content posing as editorial)
- Foreign-language placements when your market is English-only, unless briefed
- Gambling, adult, or cannabis surfaces unless explicitly in scope
- Anchors that violate your brand or legal guidelines
Publisher relationships, not domain shopping
We do not sell placements by domain name out of a catalog. Relationships are built through repeated fair pitches, useful data, and follow-through when editors ask for corrections. That is why the table shows surface patterns instead of a price list—you are buying process and judgment, not a SKU.
When your brief requires stricter floors—healthcare compliance, fintech disclaimers, legal pre-clearance—we tighten vetting further. The public criteria here are the baseline; your contract may add industry-specific rules documented in the working brief.

DR bands explained
DR bands group domains for filtering, not for guarantees. The 0–40 band includes niche communities and local news with engaged readers. 41–60 often covers trade publications and focused SaaS blogs. 61–80 is where many editorial and listicle wins land. 81+ rows are major news, review platforms, and national outlets—harder to win, fewer per quarter, usually paired with digital PR angles.
Your brief may set a floor per lane. Listicle updates might accept DR 45 when traffic and fit are strong; flagship digital PR might target 70+ only. The table shows historical distribution so you can compare against your rules, not ours alone.
Surface types you will see most often
Editorial and guest columns remain the backbone of sustainable profiles: one writer, one page, context that reads naturally. Digital PR and expert quote rows come from journalist relationships and data pitches. Listicles and comparison pages reflect update requests to existing roundups—not paid slots dressed as organic.
Mention reclaim and community guide rows show maintenance work that compounds over time. Review site and resource hub placements matter for ecommerce and education brands where consideration happens off your domain. Data study rows tie to linkable assets your team published or co-created with us.
Confidentiality and refresh cadence
Client names never appear in this public view. Metrics are rounded or banded when needed to avoid fingerprinting a specific campaign. We refresh the sample set quarterly or when material mix changes—if we add a new surface lane, rows will reflect it after verification standards are documented internally.
We refresh anonymized placement rows from the live pipeline on a regular cadence so the public sample stays representative. What you see is not exhaustive. Proposals include surface-level examples tailored to your vertical under NDA when required.
